Jeanette DeAnda
Jeanette DeAnda has a diverse background including performing and media arts, healing arts and legal work, and has worked extensively on countless projects in each of these areas of interest.
Her formal background in music, voiceover work, production and graphic arts has given her a foundation from which to contribute to various artistic endeavors, most recently Committing Poetry In Times of War.
After years of volunteer work and developing an interest in human rights and equitable resolutions, she began working in the legal field, primarily in the areas of employment and civil rights law. She is a mediator and natural therapeutics specialist, and enjoys helping people learn about personal empowerment.
Having lived in Asia and traveled extensively to other parts of the world throughout her life, she has incorporated the riches of exposure to other cultures into her worldview and brings a unique perspective to every project she works on.
Jeanette lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she has a natural therapeutics practice and conducts wellness workshops. She is married to Cole Raison, a teacher of theatre and philosophy. Both have a love of travel and do so frequently, resulting in the continuation of enrichment to relationships and professions.
